1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The Archive of Iconography website ("the Website"), operated as a private vault for the acquisition and investment in authentic, pre-owned luxury handbags. By accessing the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to acquire items offered through the Website. 3. Authentication & Inspection Period Every item is offered with a 7-day authentication and inspection period following delivery. During this period you may inspect the item and, should it fail to meet the stated authenticity or condition, request a return in accordance with the returns policy. 4. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD and are validated server-side at checkout. Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details. 5. Secure Global Delivery Items are shipped via insured Secure Global Delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery. 6. Returns Subject to the 7-day authentication and inspection period, eligible returns are accepted when postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. Please contact the Atelier to initiate a return. 7. Intellectual Property All content on the Website is the property of The Archive of Iconography and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided "as is" and the operator excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union member state of the operator's establishment, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights. 10. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. When a new version is published, you will be asked to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing.
